Theraputic Approach

I use a variety of theraputic approaches carefully tailored to each individual or couple:

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
is a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes the important role of thinking in how we feel and what we do. To learn more about this, click here.

Interpersonal Therapy
is a form of psychotherapy that aims to help a person cope with immediate problems and difficult transitions (such as divorce). Also known as crisis intervention.

Solution Focused Therapy
is a form of therapy that focuses on helping clients identify obstacles that stand in the way of what they want in their life, it increases motivation and improves problem-solving with tangible results.
